Job Description

We are seeking an Integration Analyst I to play a key role in shaping our Integration Center of Excellence, enabling seamless customer and digital technology integration across DHL Supply Chain. In this role, youll implement and support electronic solutions and business system integrations that deliver exceptional value for our customers and internal partners.

Responsibilities

Analyzes customer and business partner requirements, defines solutions, and designs, builds, tests and implements integration solutions that meet or exceed those requirements.

Understands and applies EDI transaction set concepts and principles, API integrations and potentially related technical concepts (E.g. Enterprise B2B connectivity, encryption, authentication, etc.), data translation tools, communications protocols, and other data exchange methods to effectively implement and support business systems integration solutions.

Applies IT and internal team methodologies and procedures to ensure implementations are delivered in a consistent, standard and repeatable method.

Participates in the development of integration cost estimates.

Prepares and delivers status reports to team leader, senior management and other project leaders.

Acts as a project leader on internal team initiatives.

Develops estimates in support of ITs response to customer RFP / RFI / RFQ.

Prepares accurate estimates for IT responses to customer proposals.

Recommends solutions that meet or exceed customer requirements.

Contributes to project planning by estimating analytical tasks.

Uses DHL project administration processes to track work against plans.

Reviews functional specifications and vendor quotes to support application design and testing.

Applies system development methodologies across all phases of the lifecycle.

Uses knowledge of EDI, API, e-commerce, and enterprise integration solutions.

Understands technical architecture of business applications.

Reviews specifications and vendor quotes to support design and testing.

Required Education and Experience

Experience in IT, EDI and API integrations who has strong communication skills to confidently engage with customers to understand and translate requirements, required.

Experience in EDI analysis, design, and development, including implementing and supporting integration projects, required.

Proficiency with EDI translation software tools and hands-on experience in IT environments, required.
