Performs analytical work to support the various business needs of the DHL Express Air Network. The Network Planning Sr Specialist assists in the design & implementation of new air routes throughout the region, in addition to supporting their improved utilization.

Performs analytical work to support the various business needs of the DHL Express Air Network. The Network Planning Sr Specialist assists in the design & implementation of new air routes throughout the region, in addition to supporting their improved utilization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze network, operational, and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations that support business objectives.
- Develop business cases, forecasts, network change proposals, and performance analyses to support strategic decision-making and network optimization initiatives.
- Evaluate the operational, service, and financial impacts of proposed network changes and support the successful implementation of approved initiatives.
- Create, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and performance metrics used by management and key stakeholders to monitor network performance and drive decision-making.
- Partner with Aviation, Operations, Hubs, Gateways, Finance, and regional teams to ensure recommendations are operationally feasible and aligned with business objectives.
- Communicate analytical findings, recommendations, and project updates clearly and effectively to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
- Independently manage assigned analyses, projects, and initiatives from concept through implementation, proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
- Monitor the results of implemented initiatives and continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting capabilities, operational performance, and network efficiency.
- Support strategic planning activities, special projects, and the development of best practices across the Network Planning organization.
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, logistics, transportation, supply chain, network planning, or a related field.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Experience with reporting, forecasting, and business analysis.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts within a 24-hour period.
- Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar analytical tools are considered an asset.
