Duties and Responsibilities:
- Observe and review compliant ground handling.
- Participate in developing digital content geared towards safe aircraft handling.
- Communicate findings and actions in a timely manner, daily/weekly follow-up.
- Ensure strict adherence to ground handling procedures.
- Liaise with Operations Management to ensure safe operations.
- Maintain current knowledge of Airside Operations per GSAM.
- Ability to perform and demonstrate all basic Airside Operations tasks.
- Ability to work alongside agents within the operation while auditing and coaching.
- CVG Operations experience required.
- High degree of self-motivation.
- Must be able to work as a team with internal and external customers.
- Strong communication skills.
- Current in AARSTT, RLVP, GSC.
- Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, basic report writing)
- Ability to travel (20%).
