What You’ll Do
As a Training & Quality Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in shaping the employee experience at our Distribution Center. Reporting to the Regional Training Manager, you’ll lead initiatives that boost engagement, performance, and quality. Your work ensures every team member feels supported, prepared, and ready to succeed.

our responsibilities will include:
- Leading and facilitating New Hire Onboarding and ongoing training programs.
- Managing and developing Training & Quality Specialists at the DC level.
- Driving compliance, safety, and quality assurance initiatives.
- Creating and improving training materials and job aids.
- Monitoring training effectiveness and reporting KPIs.
- Supporting employee development and retention through engaging programs.
- Investigating and resolving quality issues using root cause analysis and continuous improvement tools.

Education & Experience:
- High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
- Internal candidates: 1 year as a DHL Supervisor, Trainer, or Quality Specialist.
- External candidates: 2 years in a supervisory role and 1 year in training or quality.
- Certifications like Train the Facilitator and First Choice will be provided.
