Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented consultant to conduct monthly site visits for two apartment communities and provide structured inspection reports. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, approximately 1 day per month.
Duties
- Visit two assigned apartment properties once per month
- Conduct visual inspections of common areas, exterior conditions and overall property upkeep
- Identify maintenance issues, safety concerns, and operational deficiencies
- Take clear, organized photos to support findings
- Complete and submit a concise report summarizing observations, issues and recommended actions
Qualifications
- Experience in property management, construction, facilities, or related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Ability to assess property conditions and prioritize issues
- Clear written communication skills
Engagement Details
- Independent contractor (1099)
