D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Central Operations Team Lead-Title. The right candidate will Assist the Central Operations Manager to effectively lead their team of direct reports to provide excellent customer service, ensure proper company culture and achieve company objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assist in training and onboarding new teammates.
- Ensure each teammate provides excellent customer service
- Monitor pipeline including but not limited to monitoring turn times and managing files escalations and rush files
- Be involved in the growth and development of teammates on team through teammate development and succession planning
- Monitor teammate performance to ensure quality and compliance with relevant procedures
- Continually evaluate processes to drive efficiencies
- Assist with questions and/or issues directed to the team from all customers
- Assist with file production as needed
- Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
- Ability to travel overnight
- Supervises 2 or more employees
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Five years of escrow/title agency experience
- Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Proficiency with MS Office and email
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and attention to detail
