Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to support purchasing, logistics, and import operations. This role involves processing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, reviewing import documentation, and overseeing customs clearance to ensure smooth and timely deliveries. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, excellent organization, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage purchase order operations and review orders for policy compliance.
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues related to delivery, quality, pricing, or terms.
- Support process improvements in purchasing, inventory control, and logistics.
- Review and verify import documents to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Classify goods using the correct customs tariff codes and stay updated on trade regulations.
- Oversee customs clearance and track shipments from origin to destination.
- Communicate with internal teams, vendors, customers, freight forwarders, and government agencies.
- Calculate and manage duties, taxes, and other import-related charges.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to customs and logistics.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare customs and logistics reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Understanding of international trade regulations and logistics operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Bilingual in Korean and English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, logistics, or supply chain.
- Experience with transportation management, customs compliance, and trade regulations.
- Familiarity with inventory management or ERP systems.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
