Job Summary
The HR Assistant Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process and overseeing employee development initiatives. This role requires a proactive professional capable of managing data-driven HR functions, fostering a multicultural work environment, and ensuring alignment between talent strategies and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Management:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-performing employees.
- Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and improve recruitment processes.
- Training & Development:
- Design, implement, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee performance and career growth.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend relevant learning solutions.
- Monitor training effectiveness through performance metrics and feedback analysis.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Manage HR data, dashboards, and analytics to track recruitment and training KPIs.
- Provide insights and reports to support management decisions and continuous improvement.
- HR Strategy & Compliance:
- Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and policy compliance.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal regulations.
- Cross-Cultural Collaboration:
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and multicultural workplace.
- Collaborate with global teams to align recruitment and training practices across regions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in an assistant manager or managerial capacity.
- Proven expertise in recruitment and training management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a multicultural or global organization preferred.
- Proficient in HRIS, data management, and MS Office tools.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
