Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate home care services for patients
- Schedule and manage caregiver assignments
- Communicate with patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Ensure compliance with agency and state regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve scheduling issues
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English & Spanish (required)
- Previous home care or healthcare experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Computer proficiency required
