Responsibilities
- Develop and implement knowledge management strategies that enhance information sharing and analytic production.
- Facilitate collaboration across teams through structured data repositories, portals, and collaborative platforms.
- Maintain situational awareness tools and support content management systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Compile and analyze performance and usage metrics to evaluate current KM capabilities and identify future requirements.
- Ensure data is properly indexed, discoverable, and accessible to stakeholders across networks and portals. Disseminate intelligence products securely and effectively across multiple systems and platforms.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of directly related knowledge management or analytic experience, with at least a portion within the last 2 years.
- Active TS/SCI
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to the labor category from an accredited institution.
