Job Description:
- Capture high-quality video content for the company’s marketing, branding, and social media initiatives.
Film day-to-day office content, executive interviews, behind-the-scenes footage, and company culture.
- Attend and professionally film company events, networking functions, conferences, grand openings, and special projects.
- Edit engaging short-form and long-form videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Create polished content with color correction, sound design, captions, motion graphics, and transitions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and content strategies.
- Organize and maintain all video files, project assets, and footage archives.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand identity and quality standards.
- Manage and maintain camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Deliver projects with quick turnaround times while maintaining exceptional quality.
- Make revisions and edits as requested until the final product meets expectations.
Job Requirements:
- 2 years of professional videography and video editing experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (required); experience with After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of cinematography, lighting, composition, and audio recording.
- Experience creating viral and engaging social media content.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and creative storytelling skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be available during regular business hours and willing to attend occasional evening or weekend events.
- Must be comfortable with last-minute filming requests and able to report to the office or event location within 1–2 hours when needed.
- Must be open to feedback and willing to make unlimited revisions until projects meet company standards.
- Professional attitude and ability to work with executives, employees, investors, and clients.
