Role Overview:

We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join our team and help support different business and technology projects. In this role, you will work with various teams to understand their needs, gather information, and help translate those needs into clear requirements. You will also assist in documenting processes, supporting project discussions, and making sure the final solutions meet business expectations. This role is suitable for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and interested in learning how businesses improve their systems and processes.

Responsibilities

•         Work with team members and stakeholders to understand business needs and project goals.

•         Collect and organize information related to business requirements.

•         Prepare and maintain simple documents such as requirement notes, reports, and process descriptions.

•         Help communicate business requirements to development and testing teams.

•         Assist in reviewing applications or systems to confirm they meet the expected requirements.

•         Participate in meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items when needed.

•         Support the team in identifying areas where business processes can be improved.

•         Help with basic data analysis and reporting when required.

Qualifications

•         Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

•         0-2 years of experience or relevant internship in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting.

•         Good communication and interpersonal skills.

•         Ability to understand business problems and think through possible solutions.

•         Basic knowledge of documentation and business processes.

•         Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

•         Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

•         Ability to work with different teams and manage multiple tasks.

•         Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
