Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Business Data Analyst who is interested in working with data and helping teams make better business decisions. In this role, you will support the team by collecting, reviewing, and analysing data to understand trends and business performance. You will work closely with different departments to understand their data needs and help turn data into useful insights. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, and learning how data can support business growth.

Responsibilities

•         Collect, organize, and review data from different sources to support business needs.

•         Help analyse data to identify trends, patterns, or areas that need improvement.

•         Prepare simple reports and dashboards for the team when needed.

•         Work with different departments to understand their data requirements.

•         Assist in maintaining data accuracy and consistency in reports.

•         Support the team in interpreting data and sharing insights with stakeholders.

•         Help document data processes and reporting methods.

•         Participate in team meetings and provide updates on data-related tasks.

Qualifications

•         Master’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.

•         0-2 years of experience or relevant internship in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting.

•         Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.

•         Comfortable working with tools like Microsoft Excel and spreadsheets.

•         Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

•         Ability to organize and interpret data in a clear way.

•         Strong attention to detail.

•         Good communication skills to explain data findings to team members.

•         Willingness to learn new tools and data analysis techniques.
