Sr. Manager, Contracts
Introduction:
As a Senior Manager in the Contracts department of our Aerospace / Aviation / Defense company, you will play a crucial role in managing large, complex project initiatives that are strategically important to the organization. You will be responsible for overseeing contract negotiations and ensuring compliance with FAR/DFAR regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage large, complex project initiatives of strategic importance
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with commercial and US Government customers
- Ensure compliance with FAR/DFAR regulations
- Oversee contract administration and compliance activities
- Provide guidance and leadership to junior contract professionals
Requirements:
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7 years of prior related experience
- Active Secret clearance
- Expert knowledge of FAR/DFAR regulations
- Experience negotiating contract terms with FAR Part 15 programs
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Department of Defense regulations such as FAR, DFAR, ITAR, EAR, CAS
- Ability to work onsite in Northampton, MA
Salary : $190,000 - $200,000
