  • IT Systems Roadmap Development
  • Experience as an Enterprise Architect
  • Experience with system diagramming and modeling using
  • Hands on experience with ServiceNow modules including
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP
  • Proven experience architecting and implementing complex
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) and Certified
  • Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred
  • Knowledge on UI Policies, and UIActions Roles and Access
  • ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent ITSM process
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems
