Technician - Industrial Filtration Maintenance (Aerospace Facility)

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Technical Helper to support maintenance operations within a secure aerospace facility. This role primarily involves servicing and replacing dust collection cartridges and mist filtration systems in an industrial environment. The ideal candidate will have basic mechanical aptitude and be comfortable working with tools and equipment in a hands-on setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Replace and maintain dust collector cartridges and mist filters
• Assist with routine maintenance and inspections of industrial equipment
• Follow safety procedures and facility protocols at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support technicians and supervisors with general tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Basic mechanical or technical knowledge preferred
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is a plus
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to lift, carry, and work in physically active conditions

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a background check (required for facility badging)
• Must comply with all safety and security regulations
