Responsibilities
- Operate dozers and/or excavators efficiently and safely on construction sites
- Perform daily maintenance checks and basic upkeep of assigned equipment
- Assist with manual labor tasks as needed to support project goals
- Follow instructions from site foremen or supervisors to ensure project requirements are met
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating dozers and/or excavators
- Experience in heavy civil construction preferred
- Ability to perform routine maintenance on heavy equipment
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
