Job Overview
The Operations & Project Workflow Manager partners closely with leadership and the Project Management team to improve day-to-day operations, streamline project workflows, and implement scalable processes and systems. This role focuses on creating operational efficiency, supporting project delivery, and enabling teams to work more effectively as the organization grows.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Support the day-to-day operational needs of the Project Management Team.
- Coordinate and optimize project workflows to improve visibility, consistency, and execution.
- Identify process inefficiencies and develop practical solutions that improve productivity.
- Partner with project managers to remove operational roadblocks and improve team effectiveness and accountability
- Evaluate and implement tools and systems that enhance collaboration, reporting, and project tracking.
- Monitor workflows, identify risks or bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Serve as a trusted operational partner to leadership and the Project Management organization.
- Monitor project progress and follow up with team members to ensure commitments and deadlines are met.
- Hold teams accountable for adhering to established processes, workflows, and project standards.
- Establish project success metrics, report results and lead post-project team meetings for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 5 years experience in a project management role
- 3 years experience managing all disciplines for design/build projects
- Previous experience on digital/interactive projects is preferred.
- Knowledge in fabrication and production of fixtures and displays is preferred
- Strong organizational and workflow management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to improve processes and implement operational efficiencies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work across multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with project management methodologies and collaboration tools .
* Some travel will be required to oversee implementation of projects, approximately 10%
