DGR Engineering's Civil Engineering and Surveying departments specialize in the design of roadways, subdivisions, airports, municipal utility distribution and collection lines, athletic & recreational facilities, and other related municipal, private and industrial civil engineering and surveying services.
We are currently seeking a Civil Engineering Project Engineer.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Project Engineer in the design of transportation and site development projects
- Ability to successfully develop and maintain strong relationships
- Attention to detail and ability to communicate and coordinate with peers, clients and regulators
- Computer skills with experience in using Microsoft Office and AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Familiarity with local codes and regulations
- Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude and aptitude
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
Specific responsibilities and duties this position may include:
- Engaging in or overseeing the preparation of project cost estimates
- Assisting in project scoping, contract development and project management
- Ability to work both independently and within a team atmosphere to accomplish project goals
