Job Title: Dealership Receptionist
Location: Rutherford, NJ
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our dealership. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, handling incoming calls, and supporting various administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and route incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and customer waiting area
- Schedule service appointments or direct inquiries to the appropriate team
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining customer records
- Accept deliveries and manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Provide general information to customers and assist with basic questions
- Support the sales and service teams with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Proficiency with basic computer programs (MS Office, dealership CRM/DMS systems is a plus)
- Bilingual skills are a plus (English/Spanish preferred in some areas)
Salary depends on the experience.
