Property management company is looking for a Grounds Technician to assist with running two apartment communities located in Harlingen, TX.
The Grounds Technician is responsible for maintaining the overall look and cleanliness of the property and the swimming pools, while assisting the other team members as needed. Daily duties include trash and debris pick up, pool cleaning, janitorial duties, etc.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
Pool Maintenance, Grounds Maintenance, Apartment Maintenance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
