About the Sales Associate Role
We’re expanding our sales team and looking for a Sales Associate (Business Development) who is hungry to learn, eager to grow, and excited to build a career in sales.
This is a hands-on, field-focused role where you’ll spend a lot of time:
- Canvassing in target markets
- Attending networking and industry events
- Partnering closely with Senior Consultants to help drive pipeline and close bigger deals

What You’ll Be Doing
- Field Canvassing & Outreach
- Visit commercial properties, retail locations, and other targeted businesses to introduce DGA’s solutions
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and in-person visits to generate new opportunities
- Networking & Events
- Represent DGA at local networking events, trade shows, and industry functions
- Build relationships with professionals in commercial real estate, property management, and high-end retail
- Pipeline & Lead Generation
- Qualify inbound inquiries and move them to the next step in the sales cycle
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects through consistent, high-activity outreach
- Schedule appointments and demos for Senior Consultants and support them on larger opportunities
- Training & Collaboration
- Work side-by-side with Senior Consultants to sharpen your sales skills and deepen your industry knowledge
- Learn to position our solutions, handle objections, and participate in the full sales process
- Sales Operations
- Accurately maintain your activities, contacts, and opportunities in Salesforce
- Meet or exceed key activity metrics for outreach, appointments, and opportunities created
What You Need for this Role
- College degree preferred
- Any sales, customer-facing, or retail experience is a plus, but not required
- Interest or connections in commercial real estate, property management, or high-end retail is a big plus
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset – you like to win and improve
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High energy, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
- Ability to quickly learn new technology and explain it clearly
- Solid critical thinking and problem-solving skills
