About the Customer Trainer RoleAs a Customer Trainer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive training to new and existing clients on software and hardware products through virtual and/or on-site meetings. The ideal candidate will have exceptional people skills, be highly organized and have a strong desire to educate our customer on how to get the most out of our products. You will be trained on all the products that DGA Security offers its clients.What You Will Be DoingProactively reach out to our new clients to determine and schedule the type of training that will be necessary for their business and users.Provide virtual or on-site training sessions on web portals, mobile apps, and hardware related to Video, Access and Alarm related security products.Educate users on the self-service portal and their ability to run reports, queries and manage users.For specific clients, provide on-site survey of device locations for layout documentation.What You Need for this Role2 years of experience in a client facing position, where you were in a client services/experience role.Flexibility to interact with all levels within an organization, from Sr. Managers to line level employees.Excellent organization, time management and project management skills.Ability to build partnerships and foster collaborative relationships across internal departments.Demonstrated proficiency using multiple database systems and MS Office.4-year college degree preferredBenefits and PerksExcellent Comprehensive Insurance Coverage401(k) Retirement Savings Plan & Employer MatchAccess to Corporate DiscountsCommuter BenefitsCompany Paid Life InsuranceAnd much more…PI228584010
