The Opportunity
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the technical and creative sides of design. You’ll spend time refining images to perfection and creating polished visual materials that go directly into real-world campaigns. What You’ll Do
• Retouch and enhance high volumes of product and lifestyle photography with accuracy and consistency
• Design marketing materials, logos, displays, and digital graphics that align with client goals
• Work daily in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Partner with the Art Director and team to move projects forward efficiently
• Keep files, projects, and workflows organized and easy to navigate (future-you will thank you)
• Balance multiple deadlines without sacrificing quality
• Communicate clearly with both clients and internal team members
• Stay sharp on design trends, tools, and evolving best practices
What You Bring
• Associate’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Strong Photoshop skills (layers, masking, color correction, and more)
• A solid foundation in typography, layout, and color theory
• The ability to take feedback, refine your work, and keep improving
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A positive attitude and motivation to grow and evolve with us
• A portfolio that demonstrates your range and quality
