Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a small HVAC installation team (1-3 members)
- Oversee residential HVAC installation projects from start to finish
- Coordinate project planning using integrated project management systems
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during installation
- Provide guidance and support to team members to troubleshoot and solve problems
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in HVAC installation
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Expertise in HVAC systems and electrical wiring
- Proven team leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Effective time management skills
- Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)
