Job Description
- Research and verify nonprofit organizations throughout Florida by reviewing websites, online directories, and other reliable sources to maintain accurate database records.
- Update key organizational information including addresses, hours of operation, service locations, contact details, and available programs.
- Contact nonprofit organizations by phone to confirm information, validate records, and determine interest in joining the organization’s referral network.
- Accurately document research findings, phone conversations, and database updates while ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Collaborate with the team to identify outdated or missing information and support the ongoing maintenance and expansion of the statewide nonprofit referral database.
- Must be currently enrolled in college
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Background check required
- Drug screening required
