Job Details
- Position: Dough Maker / Fry Person
- Status: Part-Time
- Location: Ocoee, FL
- Shift: Day Shift (weekend availability required)
What You’ll Do
- Mix, proof, roll, cut, and fry yeast and cake doughnut doughs according to our recipes and quality standards.
- Safely operate and maintain commercial fryers, mixers, and bakery equipment.
- Monitor oil temperatures, cook times, and proofing conditions to ensure consistent texture and appearance.
- Maintain an impeccably clean, sanitized, and organized workspace following all food safety guidelines.
- Assist with prep work, glazing, and kitchen cleanup as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional baking, dough making, or commercial frying experience (doughnut or pastry background strongly preferred).
- Skills: Solid understanding of yeast development, proofing processes, and oil frying techniques.
- Punctuality: Reliable attendance and time-management skills during shifts.
- Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, work efficiently in a warm kitchen, and lift up to 50 lbs (bags of flour, oil, etc.).
- Team Player: A positive attitude and strong communication skills.
