Position Overview
We are looking for a Junior Print Production Specialist to support daily production, order fulfillment, customer pickups, shipping, quality control, and general shop operations.
This role works directly with the Production Manager and front end team to help move jobs through the production process. You may assist with wide-format digital printers, vinyl cutters, finishing equipment, packaging, shipping, and basic customer support.
Training will be provided, but the right candidate should be comfortable using a computer, navigating websites, learning new software, and following detailed production steps.
This is not just a packing or general labor position. We are looking for someone who wants to learn, improve, take ownership, and become more valuable to the team over time.
Normal hours are approximately 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility.
Responsibilities may include:
- Assist with the production of custom stickers, decals, signs, banners, and other printed products
- Help process orders through each stage of the production workflow
- Package completed orders for shipping or local pickup
- Create shipping labels using ShipStation
- Assist customers with local pickups
- Answer basic customer questions by phone or in person when needed
- Act as a final quality check before orders are packed
- Assist with inventory organization, restocking, and material handling
- Help maintain clean and organized production areas
- Lift and move rolls of vinyl, boxes, and materials up to 50 lbs
- Support the Production Manager and team with daily shop tasks
- Learn print shop equipment, software, and production processes over time

The following skills are preferred but not required:
- General understanding of full color printing
- Experience in a print shop, sign shop, production shop, warehouse, or fulfillment environment
- Experience operating vinyl cutters or wide format print equipment
- Adobe Creative Suite experience, especially Illustrator or Photoshop
- Basic understanding of print production, file setup, or prepress
- Etsy, Shopify, eBay, WooCommerce, or online order experience
- Experience with shipping software such as ShipStation
- Strong computer and internet skills
Physical Requirements
This position may require:
- Standing for extended periods of time
- Lifting materials up to 50 lbs
- Bending, reaching, and moving around the shop
- Handling rolls of vinyl, boxes, tools, and printed materials
- Working around print equipment, cutters, and production tools
