Job Title: Real Estate Media Specialist (Part-Time, As-Needed)
Location: West DFW
Starting Pay: $25/hour while on site (up to $35/hour with growth). Mileage paid between jobs.
Hours: 1–20 hours/week depending on demand — more during busy season

About the Role:
We're hiring a Real Estate Media Specialist to join our team on a part-time, flexible basis. No photography experience necessary — we’ll train the right person. What we do need is someone with outstanding people skills, a professional demeanor, and a genuinely positive attitude.
You’ll be the face of our company at property shoots, so we’re looking for someone who is:
- Energetic, outgoing, and personable
- Comfortable working independently
- Organized and on time, every time
- Eager to learn and grow
Key Responsibilities:
- On-site real estate media shoots (photos, video, drone — we’ll teach you)
- Representing our brand with agents and homeowners
- Occasional communication with clients and the team
- Driving between properties to complete jobs
- Uploading media to Dropbox at the end of your day
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Comfortable interacting with clients and homeowners on-site
- Must be willing to study for and pass the FAA Part 107 drone license exam within 30 days of hire (company-paid, preferably sooner)
- Available to work flexible, as-needed hours — especially during peak seasons
- Must have reliable and fast internet availability for uploads.
Nice to Have (but Not Required):
- Interest in photography or videography
- Experience in real estate, customer service, or hospitality
