We are seeking an account manager for HVAC and Plumbing sales to join our team!

High emphasis on having an existing customer base and relationships with commercial accounts!

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of HVAC products, services, customers, and market trends
• Determines project needs, constrains, and responsibilities to meet all of the customer’s HVAC needs and installation requirements
• Effectively write, present, and communicate proposals. Negotiate value and close the sale
• Sell commercial HVAC/Plumbing equipment/services.
• Cold call on commercial and industrial properties in the Houston/San Antonio/Austin metroplex
• Utilize your existing relationships and customer base to build the territory
• Present and sell company products to new customers
• Perform estimating and bid Work
• Achieve sales goals as assigned my sales Manager
• Ability to focus and high level of attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and drawings/plans
  
  

Qualifications:

• 5 years previous experience in commercial HVAC and or Plumbing service sales
• Excellent initiative and interpersonal communications skills
• Only top performers need apply
• Must have a strong level of urgency
  
  

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• College degree preferred, but not required
