Location: [Coppell, TX] Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: $40,000 – $60,000 per year (Base Performance Incentives)
We’re looking for a skilled Residential HVAC Technician who actually enjoys solving problems and helping people stay comfortable. Whether you’re a year into your career and looking for a place to grow, or you’re a seasoned pro with five years under your belt, we want someone who takes pride in "doing it right the first time."
In this role, you won't just be turning wrenches; you’ll be the face of our company. You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential systems while providing clear, honest advice to our customers.
- Diagnose & Repair: Troubleshoot diverse residential HVAC systems (split systems, heat pumps, furnaces, and ductless minisplits).
- Maintenance: Perform thorough seasonal tune-ups to keep our customers' systems running at peak efficiency.
- Customer Education: Explain technical issues in plain English and offer solutions that fit the homeowner’s needs and budget.
- Documentation: Maintain digital records of work performed, parts used, and system health via our mobile platform.
- Safety First: Maintain a clean workspace and follow all safety protocols.
- Experience: 1–5 years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC service or installation.
- Certification: EPA Section 608 Certification is required. NATE certification is a big plus!
- Technical Chops: Solid understanding of airflow, refrigeration cycles, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Clean Record: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are must-haves.
