Immediate Opening
DFW CAD is hiring a Site Superintendent for an immediate opening on a roofing project in Texarkana, TX. This is a full-time, temporary 3-6 month assignment for someone who can lead daily field operations, supervise crews, maintain safety standards, and keep the project on schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily jobsite operations
- Supervise roofing crews and subcontractors
- Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and deliveries
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and according to project requirements
- Monitor quality control and job progress
- Maintain jobsite safety and OSHA compliance
- Communicate daily with project management
- Complete daily reports and site documentation
- Help resolve field issues quickly and efficiently
Qualifications:
- Experience in supervision or superintendent role
- Ability to read plans and project documents
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass rigid background check
- Ability to start immediately
Required:
- 3 years of construction field leadership experience
- OSHA 30
- Experience on commercial or federal projects
- Bilingual is a plus
Schedule:
- Full-time
- Temporary assignment
- 3-6 month project duration
