Join our team as a Casual Warehouse Packer! You will play a crucial role in helping us fulfill orders during peak periods, earning an income while working shifts that fit your busy life.

Casual Employees do not have a set schedule. Instead, this is an opt-in position designed for ultimate flexibility without a hard commitment.

What You Can Expect

• The Pay: Guaranteed $22/hour (Paid every other Friday). No waiting for tips, no algorithm changes, and no gas expenses.
• The Schedule: We will email you 24–48 hours in advance when work is available. You simply pick up the shifts that balance well with your other commitments.
• The Perks: No nights and no weekends! Most available shifts fall within our regular business hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (and many shifts are less than 8 hours, minimum of 4 hours).
  
  

What You'll Do While You're Here

• Pack and label orders following appropriate company procedures;
• Prepare products for shipment, including mug rolling and box building;
• Ensure packing stations are kept neat, orderly, and trash emptied daily;
• Adhere to inventory control procedures to prevent the loss of product through damage, aging, or theft;
• Perform work activities in accordance with our Safety Policy and Procedures;
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• Entry level;
• Ability to follow directions and safety procedures;
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships;
• Ability to communicate effectively;
• Requires bending, stretching, twisting, stooping, carrying, lifting, and reaching above the shoulder with up to 25 lbs
• Ability to work under variable temperatures and noise levels
• Ability to work with fragrant products (including coffee, soap, tea and eco-friendly cleaning supplies)
• Attention to detail.
