Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our sales team by managing data entry and lead intake. This role focuses on accurately entering bid opportunities and lead information into our systems. No prior industry experience is required—we will provide training for the right candidate. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable handling administrative tasks, with a strong emphasis on CRM usage—especially Salesforce & Service Trade.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter bid opportunities into ServiceTrade, including job name, due date, and client information
- Ensure all entered data is accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner
- Answer incoming phone calls and capture new leads professionally
- Enter and manage lead information in Salesforce
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all opportunities and leads
- Communicate effectively with the sales team regarding new opportunities and updates
- Assist with general administrative and coordination tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience using Service Trade, Salesforce or similar CRM systems is strongly preferred
- Previous experience in administrative support, data entry, or coordination roles is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable answering phones and interacting with potential clients
- Basic computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
