DFS Construction is seeking an experienced, Mid-Senior Level Construction Project Manager to lead full lifecycle commercial builds. You will bridge the gap between field operations and executive leadership, managing budgets, scheduling, and subcontractor procurement from preconstruction to final handover. Key Responsibilities
- Project Lifecycle: Lead construction builds from pre-construction through procurement, commissioning, and final closeout.
- Financial Management: Oversee full project budgets, monthly financial forecasting, change orders, and cost controls.
- Schedule Ownership: Develop master project schedules, track critical milestones, and execute risk-mitigation strategies.
- Procurement & Buyout: Handle the independent buyout process, negotiate vendor contracts, and manage material allocation.
- Document Control: Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, permits, and quality assurance logs end-to-end.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between clients, architects, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors.

Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressively responsible construction project management experience.
- Project Portfolio: Proven history of managing tenant fit outs or major renovations exceeding $2M in value.
- Technical Skills: Deep literacy in architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Software Stack: High proficiency using Procore Construction Management Software, MS Project.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a highly related field is preferred.
- Certifications: PMP, OSHA 30, or LEED green building certifications are valued pluses.
