Position Overview
- The Marketing Coordinator works closely with the Director of Marketing to support and execute DFS Construction’s marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on graphic design and brand consistency. This role also supports social media, events, website updates, and general marketing efforts, playing a key role in how DFS presents itself to clients, partners, and the broader industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and deliver high-quality marketing materials and graphics in a timely and effective manner
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to develop and update corporate marketing assets, including qualifications packages, project sheets, resumes, interview and presentation materials, advertisements and branded graphics
- Assist with managing the social media content calendar, including post creation, graphics, and coordination
- Support the planning and execution of employee, client, and industry events
- Assist with website maintenance and content updates using WordPress, including basic SEO and analytics tracking
- Provide general marketing and administrative support as needed
Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma required; college degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, or a related field preferred
- 2–3 years of marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on graphic design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of all social media networking platforms
- Familiarity with WordPress and website content management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in construction, real estate, or professional services marketing is a plus, but not required

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
