Summary of Essential Functions:
- Oversee all aspects of SSUSAs operations, including sales, manufacturing, production, inventory, quality control, and logistics.
- Drive business growth through new customer acquisition, expansion of existing accounts, and development of strategic partnerships that generate recurring revenue.
- Lead sales efforts across all product lines and territories, including manufactured and distributed products.
- Focus on expanding the commercial sign segment by leveraging digital printing capabilities to establish consistent, year-round revenue streams.
- Collaborate with the President & CEO and executive team to define and execute long-term strategies that align with overall company objectives.
- Manage budgets and financial performance, monitoring margins, receivables, costs, and inventory to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
- Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and hold team members accountable for results.
- Lead, mentor, and develop employees to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
- Analyze market trends at the local, regional, and national levels to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Represent SSUSA at trade shows, conventions, and sales events.
- Support professional development by engaging in ongoing training and providing learning opportunities for team members.
- Promote a positive and professional image of DFC Company and its affiliated entities both internally and externally.
- Partner with the President & CEO on budgeting, pricing strategies, estimation models, and inventory procurement to ensure strong financial performance.
- Provide strong leadership and direction for the sign manufacturing and distribution teams, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with company goals.
- Anticipate challenges and opportunities, applying creative problem-solving to develop and implement effective solutions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Bachelors degree in business administration, sales, construction management or related field from an accredited college is desired. Minimum seven (7) to ten (10) years of experience in sales, manufacturing, or operations leadership. Experience within the construction or manufacturing industry is preferred.
