- Upsell complementary products such as cosmetics, skincare, and accessories to increase sales and customer satisfaction
- Manage retail sales transactions accurately using POS systems like Millennium or similar salon software, including cash handling and receipts
- Maintain organized merchandising displays, stock shelves, and ensure the store remains inviting and well-stocked at all times
- Build lasting client relationships through excellent customer service, follow-up communication, and personalized recommendations
- Utilize social media management skills to promote new arrivals, special offers, and store events to attract more customers
Requirements
- Prior experience in beauty & cosmetics sales or client services within a retail environment is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse clientele
