Specialized experience is defined as experience such as: Possess extensive experience analyzing financial management processes and ensuring the integrity of accounting data within the Defense Retiree and Annuitant Pay System - Modernization (DRASM). Demonstrate the ability to identify system requirements and lead the testing and implementation of automated enhancements to optimize operational efficiency. Exhibit proficiency in resolving complex system issues and providing technical advice on how technological advancements and legislative changes impact financial operations.
Time-in-Grade: Current or former federal employees who have held a GS position in the preceding 52 weeks, must meet the time in grade requirement. Applicant must have served 52 weeks as a GS-11 or higher grade in Federal Service.
