GS-11 specialized experience is defined as applying personnel security regulations, policy, and procedures in the review and recommendation of security clearance adjudications or suitability determinations; analyzing information from multiple sources and databases in support of security and suitability recommendations; determining eligibility for access to classified or sensitive information; responding to questions and inquiries from customers regarding personnel security and suitability regulations, procedures and processes.
GS-12 specialized experience is defined as advising management and customers and directly applying an operational knowledge of a wide variety of Federal, DOW and Agency personnel security and suitability regulations, policies, procedures and automated personnel security systems in the evaluation of complex personnel security and suitability cases; and coordinating investigations of individuals to determine eligibility to occupy specific positions and/or access sensitive or classified information or information technology systems.
You may qualify for consideration if meeting time-in grade, specialized experience, education requirement, 90 days after competitive appointment requirement, and all other qualification requirements within 30 calendar days after the closing date of the announcement, unless otherwise indicated on the announcement.

Qualifications:
