GS-09 Specialized Experience is defined as: performing financial management data analysis, creating recommendations for financial operations improvements, and customer support for an automated payroll system.
GS-11 Specialized Experience is defined as: analyzing financial operations to recommend process improvements; monitoring and evaluating financial systems to ensure compliance; and reviewing laws affecting financial operations and recommending changes to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:
