Client Support Specialist Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to e-mails in a timely manner
- Respond to customer questions, issues and needs in a patient, positive and timely manner
- Track shipments
- Collaborate with other departments as needed to resolve issues
- Follow up on any customer complaints
- Escalate issues to the appropriate authority as needed
Client Support Specialist Skills:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Organization
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable answering and directing phone calls
- Ability to adjust and prioritize tasks as needed
- Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond
Client Support Specialist Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level of education and/or work experience 1-2 years’ experience in customer service position preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites
