Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Scanner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for scanning and recording license plates to assist in the repossession process. This position requires both daytime and overnight shifts, offering flexibility to fit various schedules. All applicants must have a clean driving record, no criminal convictions and be willing to submit to random and pre-employment drug screenings.
* This is not a tow truck driving position*
Responsibilities:
- Safely operating company vehicles
- Driving a vehicle in our coverage area
- Operate specialized equipment to scan license plates and capture associated data.
- Work independently and manage time effectively to meet data collection targets.
- Accurately read and verify VIN’s
- Following a route plan
- Conduct scanning operations across diverse locations to maximize the number of scans and ensure comprehensive data is collected.
- Update client accounts and assignments, accurately and in a timely manner
- Discount bad or inaccurate information
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be 23 years or older
- Must be willing to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Driving experience
- Repossession experience
