RN Weekend Supervisor – River Valley Nursing & Rehab
River Valley is seeking a strong, experienced RN Weekend Supervisor to lead our clinical team and ensure excellent resident care every Saturday and Sunday.

Position Details:
- Every Saturday & Sunday
- 12-hour shifts (or as scheduled)

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and state regulations
- Oversee resident care, assessments, and documentation
- Respond to changes in resident condition and ensure proper interventions
- Act as the main point of contact for the building on weekends
- Support and guide staff throughout your shift
Requirements:
- Active RN license in the state
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Weekend availability is required
