At DeZURIK, we're looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Houston operation and serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and team members across the site. This role is ideal for an HR professional who genuinely enjoys doing all the HR things. As the sole on-site HR resource, you'll have the opportunity to work across the full HR spectrum while partnering with a collaborative HR team across the organization.

You'll work closely with site leadership to strengthen culture, develop talent, support business goals, and ensure team members have the resources they need to succeed. You'll also collaborate with DeZURIK's HR Centers of Excellence and HR Management Team to deliver consistent, compliant, and values-based HR practices.

Preferred Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years of progressive HR generalist or HRBP experience, in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Experience supporting frontline leaders and team members on engagement, onboarding, performance, and employee relations.
- Flexibility to adjust schedule and provide support to address urgent employee or operational needs, special events, or other business requirements in a manufacturing environment.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
