DeZURIK offers a competitive base salary in the $84,058 to $105,072 range, based on experience and qualifications, along with annual bonus opportunities tied to performance.

Success In This Role Looks Like
- 30 days: Comfortable with DeZURIK systems, tools, and processes.
- 60 days: Plugged into active projects and contributing design and analysis work.
- 90 days: Paired with a designer and moving confidently with strong team support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 8 years of mechanical design experience.
- EIT preferred; PE also preferred or interest in pursuing.
- Experience with SolidWorks/3D modeling, metal castings, precision machining; FEA experience and valve/actuator design a plus.
