Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Fashion Accessories Designer to join our team at our Dallas, TX office. In this role, you will be responsible for designing innovative private-label accessories that align with customer brand identities and market trends. Key responsibilities include interpreting trend and color direction to develop commercially viable products, conducting market research to identify emerging opportunities, creating original designs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the entire product lifecycle—from concept development to final production. This on-site position requires exceptional attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and strong teamwork skills to meet business objectives and exceed client expectations.
Qualifications
- 3 years in accessories design (handbags, belts or related categories)
- Tech pack experience required with an online portafolio
- Proficient in conducting comprehensive research to identify trends, materials, and techniques in the fashion industry
- Strong creative vision with an eye for detail and understanding of fashion trends
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and understand client requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Product Design, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in design software (Illustrator and Photoshop) and AI technologies is a plus
- Experience working in the fashion or retail industry is highly desirable
- Willingness to travel (15-20%) for client visits
