Key Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure all office supplies are well-stocked and orderly.
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of internal and external correspondence.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital files to ensure easy access to information.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist visitors with inquiries.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications are a plus.
