Team Member Supervisor

We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and hands-on Team Member Supervisor to help lead daily guest experience operations of our indoor attractions. This role oversees and supports daily operations and supervising frontline team members to ensure a safe, efficient, and enjoyable guest experience. The supervisor role leads by example, enforcing safety and service standards and supports team development. If you love creating last memories and engaging with guests, this role is for you!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

• Oversees and supports daily operation of all attractions owned within the indoor amusement park 

• Daily cash handling procedures for attractions ensuring accurate cash counts, register balancing, accurate deposits, and end-of-day reconciliations  

• Train staff on proper guest experience operations like customer service SOPs, cash handling, POS (Square), and attraction flows 

• Conduct opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures  

• Monitor and report equipment and attraction maintenance needs   

• Ensure exceptional guest service and positive interactions 

• Address guest concerns, complaints, and requests professionally  

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of attraction areas 

• Make sure that each attraction is fully stocked with drinks and snacks/candy  

• Lead by example with a positive, enthusastic presence on the floor  

• Supervise, coach, and support attraction team members during daily operations 

• Manage breaks and ensure proper staffing and position assignments 

• Provide on-the-spot feedback and perfomance coaching in addition to recognition 

• Create a supportive and high-energy work enviornment 

• Assit with onboarding and trianing of new team members 

• Support monitoring and tracking of inventory for all attractions 

• Notify proper personnel regarding ordering of supplies  

• Will asist with events (car shows, banquets, special events) when called upon 

• Partner with management to execute event specific needs and ensure operational support for seamless execution

Qualifications: 

• 2-3 years’ experience in attractions, hospitality, or related field preferred. 

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in attraction, hospitality, or related field preferred. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with POS systems like Square is a plus  

• Cash handling experience required  

• High School Diploma or equivalent 

• Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing English 

• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus  

• Experience in support events is a plus 

• Must be able to move about the facilities frequently  

• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds  

• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends  

• Strong proven ability to lead teams and drive performance  

• Strong customer service background with a proven ability to lead high-volume, guest-focused environments  

• Strong communication skills  

• Excellent organizational, time management, problem-solving skills 

• Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment 

• Strong interpersonal skills  

• Ability to remain calm, positive, and energetic under pressure
