Description:
Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing carpentry, painting, general upkeep and repair and undertake upkeep and repair tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems
- Basic pressure washing
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Ability to work well independently.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Additional maintenance tasks as requested.
- Highly motivated, self-starter who's flexible and has a great attitude on life.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1 year
- Handyman: 1 year (Required)
- Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
- Installation: 1 year (Required)
- Woodwork: 1 year (Preferred)
- Candidate must demonstrate effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and be highly organized.
Work authorization: United States (Required)
